Myths, Monsters, and Mortal Mistakes

This month, we descend into the shadowy corridors of myth—where gods walk among mortals, prophecy is a curse, and truth is always cloaked in metaphor. From the marble columns of ancient Greece to the beautifully untamed wilds of African legend, these stories reimagine old myths with sharp new edges.

We’ll meet a grieving Medusa, told in her own voice, and uncover dark secrets beneath the ivy-draped towers of a modern university. We’ll follow a mermaid tasked with gathering the souls of the drowned, and a shape-shifting hunter navigating a brutal, dreamlike empire in search of a missing boy. These aren’t bedtime stories. These are myths in their original form—bloody, beautiful, and deeply human.
